Paint the Town Red Sketch Submissions
Please submit a .doc, .pdf, .docx., .jpg, or .png version of your Paint the Town Red design. The design should be viewable and any writing or design elements legible. If you have more than one version, you may submit, but should label with different version numbers. All versions should be named with the Org Name, Version Number, and the Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be the following:
Ex.- SOURCE Club V1 9-10-24; If this particular club needed to make changes and resubmit, their next submission would read SOURCE Club V2 9-11-24.
Parade Sketch Submissions
Please submit a .doc, .pdf, .docx., .jpg, or .png version of your Parade Float/Entry design. The design should be viewable in file and any writing or design elements legible. If you have more than one version, you may submit, but should label with different version numbers. All versions should be named with the Org Name, Version Number, and the Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be the following:
Ex.- SOURCE Club V1 9-10-24; If this particular club needed to make changes and resubmit, their next submission would read SOURCE Club V2 9-11-24.
Lawn Decoration Design Submission
Please submit a .doc, .pdf, .docx., .jpg, or .png version of your Lawn Decoration design. The design should be viewable and any writing or design elements legible. If you have more than one version, you may submit, but should label with different version numbers. All versions should be named with the Org Name, Version Number, and the Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be the following:

Cash for Cans Fundraising Proof
Please submit documentation of your fundraising proof. Please only submit ONE document. If you have multiple photos or screenshots, be sure to compile them into one document and give a description of what we are looking at. Give explanation for us to understand and also include Proof of Total.
Your file should be named and include the Org Name and Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be: Ex.- Kappa Beta 9-10-24.
Choreography
Choreography Team Name, Roster and Practice Schedule Submission
Please submit one (1) word document including the following items:
- Team Name
- Full Name and Crimson Email of each participant
- Name and Crimson Email of each Coach/Choreographer
- Practice Schedule (Include Date, Time, Duration, and Location) for each practice.
For Choreography Teams Your document name should include the Team Name, Org Name, and Date of Submission
An example submission file name would be the following: Ex.– The Dance Crew (Alpha Gamma) 9-10-24.
Choreography Costume Pictures and Receipts
Please submit a word document include the following items:
- Team Name
- Picture of Costume
- Copy of an Itemized Receipt for costume that outlines cost of each item purchased. If there are multiple receipts include a picture of each receipt.
All versions should be named with the Team Name, Org Name and the Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be the following: Ex.- SOURCE Club (Delta Mu) 9-10-24.
Choreography Song Lyrics Submission
Your song lyric flow sheet should be submitted prior to your final cut of music. Refer to The Red Book for details regarding dates and times. If your music track has not yet been mixed, this lyrics sheet should include the full lyrics of any and all songs that you might intend to use. If you already know sections of the music you plan to use, you can highlight those parts. Please see example submission file.
Your Song Lyric Flow file should be named and include the Team Name, Org Name, and Date of Submission. An example submission file name would be: Ex.- The Troupe (Kappa Alpha Gamma) 9-10-24.
Choreography Music File and Accompanying Lyric Sheet Submission
Once you have completed your full music mix, you should submit a copy along with a Lyric Flow Sheet that goes in the order of the mix. For this submission, your lyric flow sheet should be able to be followed along with your music mix and should only include actual parts of the songs that are used. If it is an instrumental portion of a song, the lyric flow sheet at that part should even say “Name of Song” and say instrumental.
You will need to submit both files to this same folder. This version will not need the date. In these submissions the Version is the most important.
If changes are requested and need to be submitted, they should always be accompanied with an updated Lyrics file. The version # for that particular music file and lyric file should change and be numbered the same. They should always be labeled appropriately as either “Music” or “Lyric”. These file names should follow this format:
- Ex. Music- The Troupe (Kappa Alpha Gamma) V1 Music
- Ex. Lyrics- The Troupe (Kappa Alpha Gamma) V1 Lyric
