Each organization or team that is planning on participating in any Homecoming competition must have a representative in attendance at the general information meeting.

Mandatory Meetings
Informational Meeting

Location UA Student Center Room 3104
This mandatory informational meeting will cover all competition rules and logistics for teams in both the Crimson and Tide divisions. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in competitive events.
Choreography Meeting
Sep 02
Time 6:30 p.m.
Location UA Student Center Room 3104
This mandatory choreography meeting will cover all aspects of the choreography competition including judging and theme/song selection. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each choreography competition team. Teams without a representative will be disqualified.
Parade Meeting
Oct 15
Time 6:00 p.m.
Location Zoom
This parade meeting is for community, business, non-profit, student organizations and departments participating in parade to discuss route, logistics, and expectations. Attendees should include one or more representatives from each organization participating in the parade. All participants will be emailed the link to join.
