Applications and Interest Meetings
- Monday, Aug. 17 – Applications open
- Wednesday, Aug. 26 – Candidate Interest Session #1 Virtual at 4 p.m. (Meeting ID: 833 1005 9463; Passcode: 265528)
- Participants must sign-in with full name and be on camera during meeting
- Friday, Sept. 4 – Candidate Interest Session #2 Virtual at 12 p.m. (Meeting ID: 879 4514 7513; Passcode: 428389)

- Tuesday, Sept. 8 – Candidate Interest Session #3 Virtual at 5 p.m. (Meeting ID: 893 1090 9164; Passcode: 605542)

Scoring and Selection
- Sun, Sept. 20 (evening) – Candidate Interviews
- Mon – Wed, Sept. 21–23 – Essay scoring and review period
- Thu, Sept. 24 by noon – Top 5 notified via email
- Fri, Sept. 25 by noon – Dispute submission deadline (24 hours after notification)
- Fri, Sept. 25 noon – Sat, Sept. 26 afternoon – Dispute meetings/resolution if needed (approximately 28 hours total)
- Sat, Sept. 26 (evening) – Public Top 5 announcement; platforms and photos posted
Preparation Plan
- Sept. 26 – Oct. 10 – Two-week preparation period for Top 5 (includes Fall Break)
- Sun, Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. – Mandatory candidate and campaign manager meeting; initial budget forms submitted
Financial Plan
- Sun, Oct. 4 at 5 p.m. – Pre-campaign financial receipts due
- Sun, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m. – First Campaign Week financial receipts due
- Mon, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. – Final financial receipts due
Campaigns
- Sun, Oct. 11 at 7 a.m. – Campaign begins
- Tue, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. – Campaign ends with close of voting
Election
- Tue, Oct. 20 (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.) – Homecoming Queen Voting via mySOURCE
- Wed, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. – Election dispute deadline
- Wed, Oct. 21 (evening) – Fri Oct. 23 by noon – Dispute hearings if needed
Announcement
- Friday, Oct. 23 – Homecoming Queen officially announced at Homecoming Pep Rally and Bonfire
- Saturday, Oct. 24 – Homecoming Court participate in parade and presented at Halftime
