It is the intention of the UA Student Homecoming Board to conduct a safe and enjoyable week of activities for all participants, students, and alumni. In order to ensure that all involved parties are treated with honor, respect, and dignity, the following Participant Conduct Policy will be strictly enforced starting Sunday, November 2, 2025 through Saturday, November 15, 2025. Please note that the conduct policy is also extended for preparations or any event/program where official activities begin prior to the start of Homecoming week (i.e.- Lawn Decoration, Choreography, etc.)
Participant Registration and Waiver
It is the policy of Homecoming Rules that every individual who plans to participate in Homecoming 2025 Activities and Events register and complete the Participant Waiver. This Waiver also ensures that participants are aware of major policies pertaining to the activities they will participate in and that they have completed the Physical Activity Waiver, when applicable, and acknowledgement of the Alcohol Conduct Policy and any other applicable rules/regulations.
Any participant found to have not completed the registration process, could cost their team a point deduction or disqualification (See infractions).
