It is the intention of the Homecoming Executive Committee to conduct a safe and enjoyable week of activities for all participants, students, and alumni. In order to ensure that all involved parties are treated with honor, respect, and dignity, the following Participant Conduct Policy will be strictly enforced starting Sunday, October 20, 2024 through Saturday, October 26, 2024. Please note that the conduct policy is also extended for any event/program where official activities begin prior to the start of Homecoming week (i.e.- Lawn Decoration, Choreography, etc.)
Participant Registration and Waiver
It is the policy of UA Student Homecoming Advisory Board Rules that every individual who plans to participate in Homecoming 2024 Activities and Events register and complete the Participant Waiver. This Waiver also ensures that participants are aware of major policies pertaining to the activities they will participate in and that they have completed the Physical Activity Waiver, Alcohol Conduct Policy, and any other applicable rules/regulations.
Any participant found to have not completed the registration process, will cost their team a point deduction or disqualification (See infractions). Participant Registration/Waiver will be found on this website under the “Registration” tab.
