Applications and Interest Meetings
- Monday, Sept. 8 – Applications open
- Friday, Sept. 19 – Candidate Interest Session #1 Virtual at 1 p.m. (Meeting ID: 890 5501 0192; Passcode: 235929)
- Participants must sign-in with full name and be on camera during meeting
- Tuesday, Sept. 23 – Candidate Interest Session #2 Virtual at 5 p.m. (Meeting ID: 837 5110 2921; Passcode: 052704)

- Wednesday, Oct. 1 – Candidate Interest Session #3 In-Person at 4 p.m at The University of Alabama Student Center Room 2408
- Wednesday, Oct. 8 – Candidate Interest Session #4 Virtual at 7 p.m. (Meeting ID: 833 4254 0646; Passcode: 722725)
- Participants must sign-in with full name and be on camera during meeting
- Saturday, Oct. 11 at noon – Applications close
Scoring and Selection
- Sun, Oct. 12 (evening) – Candidate Interviews & Essay Review begins
- Mon–Wed, Oct. 13–15 – Essay scoring & review period
- Thu, Oct. 16 by noon – Top 5 notified via email
- Fri, Oct. 17 by noon – Dispute submission deadline (24 hours after notification)
- Fri, Oct. 17 noon – Sat, Oct. 18 afternoon – Dispute meetings/resolution if needed (~28 hours total)
- Sat, Oct. 18 evening – Public Top 5 announcement; platforms & photos posted
Preparation Plan
- Oct. 18 – Nov. 1 – Two-week prep period for Top 5 (includes Fall Break)
- Sun, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. – Mandatory candidate & campaign manager meeting; initial budget forms submitted
Financial Plan
- Sun, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. – First financial receipts due
- Sun, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. – Final financial receipts due
Campaigns
- Sun, Nov. 2 at 7 a.m. – Campaign begins
- Tue, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m. – Campaign ends with close of voting
Election
- Tue, Nov. 11 (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) – Homecoming Queen Voting via mySOURCE
- Wed, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. – Election dispute deadline
- Wed, Nov. 12 (evening)– Fri Nov. 14 by noon – Dispute hearings if needed
Announcement
- Friday, Nov. 14 – Homecoming Queen officially announced at Homecoming Pep Rally & Bonfire
- Saturday, Nov. 15 – Homecoming Court participate in parade and presented at Halftime
